Halloween Traditions

This year we went to a pumpkin patch at Corley Ranch in Nevada and enjoyed a great fall festival. They had pig races, a haunted hay house, miniature golf, train rides, and a great petting zoo as you can see from the photo below. Gracen had a blast on Halloween and went trick or treating with his little friend Mabel. In the photo below, Gracen (Spider Man) is trying to catch a "big spider" that is being raised and lowered above him.

Halloween is one of our favorite holidays, and

this year Gracen was really into his candy. He even chose to keep his candy instead of setting it on the night stand for the "Switch Witch," a candy fairy that takes the candy and delivers a present in its place. (Bummer for Shannon, since the Switch Witch tends to give the candy to him when the switch is made!)
