Shannon is a loving husband and father.  I flourish as my true self supported by his love.  His natural tendency to nurture pours into his relationship with Gracen, and I know his love will flow equally to our second child.

He is a civil engineer and manager at our local public water utility.  He also loves the outdoors, enjoying mountaineering, kayaking, hiking, camping, mountain biking and skiing.

There is, and will be, plenty of laughter, rough housing and tenderness in Shannon’s relationship with his children. Just the other day, Gracen was upset and Shannon listened and soothed, but resolved the conflict with good-natured silliness, "Did you lose your belly button? Hey, where is it? I just want to check and make sure it is there..." and Gracen showed his Daddy his belly button and laughed. I can’t wait to see Shannon light up with two little ones running around our house!
